The Waveney Valley Folk Collective is delighted to be organising this very special evening of music and song to celebrate the hard won civil liberties that make all of our lives worth living. Four local musicians and musical artists (Ralph Barnett, Pete Arnold, Tracey Baldwin and David Black) will be performing orginal songs and songs written by or popularised by others that also celebrate the lives of people who fought for and in some cases died for ideas and freedoms that we now accept as basic human rights. There will be plenty of opportunities to sing along or you can just sit back and listen to some fabulous acoustic music performed by local artists in the intimate surroundings of the Bank Coffee House and Arts Centre. All the income from ticket sales will be shared between the Bank Arts Centre and the Waveney Valley Food Bank. 8pm start.
